MLS Test Data Access for Developers
Austin Board of REALTORS® and RESO collaborate with CoreLogic’s Trestle and Zillow’s Bridge Interactive to provide technology solutions
The Austin Board of REALTORS® and the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) now offer a groundbreaking real estate technology solution: the Developer Reference Server.
Developers can access the previous year’s listing data from ABoR’s MLS, allowing them to work with RESO standardized data and build new technology faster in this new testing environment.
Data can be accessed using two different systems:
- Bridge Interactive’s Platinum-certified data via the RESO Web API.
- SUMBIT THE REGISTRATION FORM | Credentials will be sent to you directly from Bridge Interactive.
- CoreLogic Trestle’s Platinum certified data via the RESO Web API.
- COMPLETE THE SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS | To begin click the “Get Started” button at the top right side of the page and you will be guided step-by-step through your enrollment. Once this process is completed a password will be provided.
The Developer Reference Server provides a solution that has been needed for years: free and easy access to data that allows for innovative development. Until now, technology developers have struggled to gain quick and affordable access to accurate data for the development and testing of new products and services for the real estate industry. The Developer Reference Server helps solve this problem.
