NAR Mandated RESO Data Dictionary Compliance
As promised, Black Knight MLS (BK MLS) has developed a plan to help our MLS Customers comply with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) mandated Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) Data Dictionary Compliance, and more important, enable all of us to benefit from the eventual adoption of the Data Dictionary and forthcoming Web API standards.
It is important to note, all MLS Customers benefit from the fundamental architecture of the BK MLS system. Each of you have completely unique data bases, and because of the broad configurability and flexibility of your MLS system, this allows us to deliver the highest degree of local data differentiation.

FBS provides data dictionary compliant services through the Spark API for all of our Flexmls customers. Each customer just needs to fill out the RESO-required application and related agreements, and pay the appropriate fees, and FBS will then work directly with RESO to finalize the certification by submitting to RESO the metadata for each MLS that has applied.
