MLS Data Access
ABoR and RESO collaborate with CoreLogic’s Trestle and Zillow’s Bridge Interactive to provide technology solutions
The Austin Board of REALTORS® and the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) are pleased to offer a groundbreaking real estate technology solution: the Developer Reference Servers.
Developers have a choice of solutions or can use both to access Austin area compendium of listing data from the previous year pulled directly from the ABoR MLS.
- Powered by the CoreLogic Trestle™ platform, the Developer Reference Server gives developers access to Platinum data dictionary RESO compliant data via the Web API or via the RETS transport protocol.
- Get normalized access to real estate data and experience the full power of OData functionality with Bridge Interactive’s Platinum certified RESO Web API.
‘This cooperative effort has created a new environment that allows developers to easily access housing information based on RESO Standards, streamlining their ability to build new solutions,’ said Jeremy Crawford, Executive Director of RESO. ‘We are elated at the value this kind of data access means to the future of real estate.”
The Developer Reference Servers provides a solution that has been needed for years: free and easy access to data that allows for innovative development. Until now, technology developers have struggled to gain quick and affordable access to accurate data for the development and testing of new products and services for the real estate industry. The Developer Reference Servers helps solve this problem.
