WORKGROUPS
Broker Advisory
Not meeting formally, but the Broker Spotlight Series continues its successful conference run with the workgroup chairs sitting down with Joe Wilhelmy (RE/MAX) and Derek Taylor (T3 Sixty).
Interoperability
Exploring a lightweight Offer Management (OM) data exchange standard using the ActivityPub protocol. Gathering feedback from OM providers and building a data model. Meeting at the conference.
Research and Development
Researching demand for AI-related listing fields and natural disaster preparedness indicators. Meeting at the conference.
Transport
Recent policy updates include certification expiration after two years and versioning rules. Timestamp fields are under review, including potential additions like Internal Modification and Source System Timestamps. Meeting on the final day.
Data Dictionary
Version 2.0 is now certifiable; 2.1 is closed. Work is underway on 2.2 (minor) and 3.0 (major). Online voting has accelerated field approvals. The workgroup chair will present updates at the conference, including subgroup activity.

ActivityPub
Approved a consensus mechanism for resolving Unique Licensee Identifiers (ULI) to prevent duplication.
Certification
Meets as needed to align Transport and Data Dictionary decisions with RESO certification. Meeting on the final day.
Duplication
Classifies duplication types and sends recommendations to the Data Dictionary Workgroup.
Fast Track
Reviews mapping suggestions monthly for potential inclusion or removal.
Global
Identifying international property descriptors missing from the Data Dictionary. Seeking global metadata experts.
Multi Family PropertyType
Forming to explore adding Multi Family as a top-level PropertyType lookup.
New Construction Data Elements
New subgroup focused on improving metadata for individual properties and full developments.
Not Meeting at the Conference This Year
Internet Tracking Workgroup and Universal Property Identifier (UPI) Workgroup.
