Cancellations and requests for refunds for registration must be made in writing and sent to support@reso.org.

Request received on or before August 31, 2025: Full refund.
Request received between September 1 and October 3, 2025: Refund is 50% of the registration fee.
Request received on or after October 4, 2025: No refunds will be granted. Substitutions are encouraged.
