Shawn Whitaker

Shawn Whitaker, the founder of MLScharts.com and CEO of MLS Data Tools, is a “Habitual Entrepreneur” after serving six years as a light infantryman in the US Army and earning a self-proclaimed masters degree in “Hard knocks” with a minor in “Common Sense”. In 1997 hired his first software company to build him an Internet-based CRM. 2002 he started his Real Estate career and leverage almost every pre-built tool available to help automate his business from Lead Generation to Transaction Management. In 2009 had an app built to help with processing Shortsales, 2012 built an app to help Flip Houses and has had at least one full-time developer on staff for the past 10 years. While sitting on a technology committee for his local MLS in December 2014, saw an opportunity to build a Statistics Application and started a path into software development with MLScharts.com May of 2017 started a software development company, MLS Data Tools with the focus on building custom automation tools for the Real Estate industry.
