Kim Prior is Executive Vice President of FBS. She leads marketing, communication and brand strategies across all product lines (Flexmls, Spark, Spring + FlōPlan) and is head of customer success for FlōPlan. Kim has 20+ years industry experience, 7 with FBS, starting as the industry evangelist for the Spark API. Prior to that, she held senior executive positions at Onboard Informatics in NYC and Lyon Real Estate in Northern California, providing her with comprehensive knowledge of the industry landscape, players, and dynamics from all sides of the table.
Kim is passionate about providing leadership and mentorship that fosters the collaboration, engagement and action necessary to inspire innovation and results for company, customers and industry. She serves as a business mentor for both NAR REach® and Moderne Ventures, helping new founders shape the core strategies that define their future. At FBS, Kim has launched multiple, tiered, product marketing initiatives that engage clients and software subscribers at all points along the customer journey. She is a driving force in articulating the company’s vision, purpose and values, most recently earning FBS recognition by Forbes as a 2019 Small Giant. Known for her uncanny ability to weave together high level strategy with cascading messages and creative, memorable campaigns, Kim is known to her team “the golden thread”.
With dual Bachelor of Science degrees in business administration and marketing communications, Kim resides in Northern California. In her spare time, she enjoys adventures with her son, writing, cooking, artistic expression, aesthetics and when possible, quiet time in hammocks.
