Josh is the Chief Architect for RESO. He started in the industry in the 1990s as a cold caller for RE/MAX. After that, Josh joined Heartland MLS, where he worked as the Enterprise Architect and Technical Services Manager for nearly a decade. It was at Heartland that Josh became active with real estate standards, starting with the RETS workgroups in 2001. Before coming to RESO, Josh also founded a consultancy, kurotek, which has launched dozens of real estate products and startups, and worked at FBS as a Software Developer and Board Member.
