The Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) is happy to present its list of 2023 award winners in three categories:
- Leading Edge Award: For leadership in RESO Web API utilization.
- Leading Edge Award: For leadership in promoting industry education with RESO’s “Working with Real Estate Data – Business Module” (wwRED) course, which confers the RED-B designation.
- RESO Contributor Awards: For outstanding contributions in a RESO workgroup.
The two Leading Edge Award categories represent outstanding achievement in two of RESO’s more forward-thinking products:
- The RESO Web API, built upon open standards used in fields beyond real estate, represents a modern data transport that will continue to aid growth and creativity in property technology.
- The wwRED course continues to see high counts of completions by professionals working in brokerage, technology and Multiple Listing Services.
